Worongary Inspection view slide show

A recent Pre Purchase Building and Pest Inspection (February 4th 2016) on the Gold Coast.
The images show high levels of moisture and water runoff in the sub floor area.
During the inspection in Worongary Queensland it was discovered the property had structural damage caused by termites.
A thorough invasive inspection was conducted with the homeowners permission.
